Ingredients

Coffee Cake

  • 2 cups flour

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 1 cup oil

  • 1/2 cup coffee, diluted in 3/4 cup hot water

  • 1/4 cup cocoa

  • 20 grams vanilla sugar

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 cup icing sugar

  • 3 teaspoons coffee, diluted in 2 teaspoons hot water

  • 2 teaspoons oil

Directions

1.

Mix the flour, eggs, sugar, oil, coffee, cocoa, and baking powder well. Pour into a baking pan.

2.

Bake on 180 degrees Celsius for one hour.

3.

For the icing, mix the icing sugar, coffee, and oil.

4.

When the cake is warm, add on the icing.
