2 cups flour
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1/2 cup coffee, diluted in 3/4 cup hot water
1/4 cup cocoa
20 grams vanilla sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup icing sugar
3 teaspoons coffee, diluted in 2 teaspoons hot water
2 teaspoons oil
Mix the flour, eggs, sugar, oil, coffee, cocoa, and baking powder well. Pour into a baking pan.
Bake on 180 degrees Celsius for one hour.
For the icing, mix the icing sugar, coffee, and oil.
When the cake is warm, add on the icing.
