Low-Carb Lo Mein Noodles

Prepare the Lo Mein Noodles

1. Soak hearts of palm spaghetti for 45 minutes in water. This will neutralize the flavor so it will taste less like hearts of palm and will take on the flavors of the dish. Drain and pat dry.
2. Heat sesame oil in a large sauté pan until hot. Add onion and sauté for two minutes. Add snow peas, carrot, pepper, and mushrooms and sauté for two additional minutes. Add in hearts of palm, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Toss to combine.
