Low-Fat Coleslaw

Coleslaw is an essential at many Shabbat tables. This is an easy, yummy, healthy recipe.

Directions

Prepare the Salad

1. Mix dressing ingredients. Place cabbage into a container.
2. Pour dressing over to coat cabbage thoroughly.
3. Allow salad to sit; refrigerate for at least one hour to marinate before serving.
