A Popcorn Bar is a really fun and creative addition to any get together, be it a Chanuka party, Melave Malka, Upsherin or Bat Mitzvah. Easily make your own homemade popcorn using a popcorn maker or the stovetop. Top with the different flavors and toppings listed below, and watch it disappear!
8 cups popped popcorn
4 ounces praline paste
4 ounces bittersweet chocolate coating, chopped
4 ounces premium white chocolate coating, chopped
1/2 cup chopped Viennese crunch topping
1/2 cup crisp rice cereal
8 cups popped popcorn
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Cinnamon
1/4 cup Gefen Honey
1 stick margarine
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
4 ounces premium white chocolate coating, melted
1/2 cup cinnamon chips
8 cups popped popcorn
1 pound premium white chocolate coating, melted
20 dark sandwich cookies, finely-crushed
Combine praline and chocolates in a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl. Melt until combined. Drizzle mixture over popcorn.
Sprinkle Viennese crunch and cereal over chocolate, distributing evenly. Let set at room temperature.
Line a sheet pan with Gefen Parchment Paper. Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine popcorn and pecans in a large bowl. Set aside.
In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, honey and margarine. Over low heat, melt ingredients and stir until combined. Remove from heat and add vanilla and baking soda. Mixture will bubble up.
Pour over popcorn mixture and toss to coat. Spread onto prepared sheet pan and bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
Drizzle white chocolate over popcorn and scatter cinnamon chips. Let set at room temperature.
Place popcorn on a sheet pan. Drizzle melted white chocolate over popcorn.
Sprinkle crushed cookies over chocolate, distributing evenly. Let set at room temperature.
