This recipe will satisfy your sweet and salty cravings and fill every foodie’s desire. Soft tender chicken breast marinated in a creamy sauce then sautéed in shallot and maple butter, a melt in your mouth yummy addiction.
Directions
1. Marinate the sliced chicken in mayo, soy sauce, onion soup mix and garlic (the longer you marinate, the better the flavor).
2. Fry the shallots in a pan with oil and sauté until almost light brown and caramelized.
3. Add 2 tablespoons of maple butter ( or maple syrup) and sauté till combined.
4. Add the chicken and fry on both sides until cooked.
The Chicken was delicious. However the instructions were very vague and hard to follow.
