1. Marinate the sliced chicken in mayo, soy sauce, onion soup mix and garlic (the longer you marinate, the better the flavor).
2. Fry the shallots in a pan with oil and sauté until almost light brown and caramelized.
3. Add 2 tablespoons of maple butter ( or maple syrup) and sauté till combined.
4. Add the chicken and fry on both sides until cooked.
5. Keep mixing the shallots so they don’t burn.
