Diets This flavor combination is an all-time favorite. I use it on all sorts of proteins and veggies in my kitchen, and it’s perfect on roasted chickpeas, too.
Yield: 1 cup
1 (15-ounce) can Glicks Chickpeas, drained
1 tablespoon Haddar Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon Gefen Pure Maple Syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper and set aside.
In a bowl, toss chickpeas, mustard, maple syrup, salt, and pepper. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and spread in a single layer.
Roast until browned at the edges, about 20–25 minutes.
