For the Filling

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Place diced peaches in bowl.

Mix brown sugar, maple syrup, flour, lemon juice, zest, and cinnamon, and toss with the peach slices. Place peach mixture into ramekins and set aside.
For the Topping

Mix flour, sugar, chopped pecans, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, and oil.

Stir in the egg until the mixture turns into coarse crumbs.

Bake for 40 - 45 minutes if you are using ramekins or at least one hour or if you are using a 9x13 dish until topping is crisp and golden.
