1. Mix flour, sugar, chopped pecans, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, and oil.
2. Stir in the egg until the mixture turns into coarse crumbs.
3. Bake for 40 – 45 minutes if you are using ramekins or at least one hour or if you are using a 9×13 dish until topping is crisp and golden.
