This easy, slightly sweet, and crunchy pistachio-crusted salmon will have you going for seconds.
1 and 1/2 pounds salmon, skinned
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 and 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 cup pistachios, roughly chopped
3 tablespoons Haddar Maple Syrup
3/4 tablespoon oil
3/4 tablespoon lemon juice
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Place salmon in the dish. Smear with oil and lemon juice.
In a bowl, mix garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Rub onto salmon.
In a separate bowl, mix pistachios, maple syrup, oil, and lemon juice. Press onto salmon.
Bake for 10–12 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from oven and brush with more maple syrup if desired.
