Marinated Baby Bella Mushrooms


As a registered dietician and nutritionist, my sister Tamar is always fooling around with veggies to come up with new and enticing ideas for her clients. This was her latest idea.


1. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add the onion and sauté until translucent.
2. Add garlic and mushrooms. Let cook for 10 minutes, partially covered.
3. Add salt, pepper, and sherry. Let it simmer for another five minutes. Remove from heat. Serve hot or warm.
