1 block Ta’amti Feta Cheese
1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
zest and juice of 1 lemon
1 shallot, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon Gefen Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1 and 1/2 teaspoons Gefen Oregano
fresh cracked Gefen Black Pepper, to taste
Pat the feta dry with a paper towel and cut into small cubes. In a glass bowl, combine the oil and remaining ingredients. Add feta cubes and toss gently.
Cover and refrigerate at least overnight. If serving immediately, allow to marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Serve with Tuscanini Olives and parchment crackers.
