Diets This easy homemade jam really works! Although peeling all the citrus fruits may be very time consuming, this jam is delicious, spreadable, and made with love!
3 grapefruits
4 oranges
3-4 cups sugar
Remove membrane from fruit and cut into small pieces. Place into a three-quart pot with sugar. Cover and simmer over low heat for 45 minutes.
Stir with wooden spoon. Increase heat and boil, uncovered, for an additional 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
Cool. Store in the refrigerator in a glass jar.
