Mashed potatoes stuffed with cheese and baked in an air fryer until golden and delicious! Submitted by Karen Sabeh
3 large potatoes
1 egg
1 teaspoon of salt
2 pinches of pepper
4 tablespoons of flour for the mix, plus 1/3 cup approximately for breading
oil spray
cheese
Peel the potatoes and boil until soft.
Mush the potatoes until the consistency is uniform. Wait until the puree cools off.
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add the egg, salt, pepper and four tablespoons flour to the puree and mix well.
Cut the cheese into small cubes.
Take a tablespoon of the mix into your hand and form a ball, then place a cube of cheese inside the ball and close it with more mix if necessary.
Cover the ball with flour.
Spray your air fryer tray with oil spray and place the balls on the tray separated by an inch.
Spray your air fryer tray with oil spray and cook for 15 minutes or until golden.
Enjoy with your sauce of choice. Happy Chanukah!
