Diets A filling and balanced breakfast bowl with Greek yogurt, matcha, fruit, and nuts.
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon matcha
1 orange, peeled and sliced
a handful of chopped nuts of your choice
sweetener of your choice, to taste
Add the yogurt to a large bowl and sprinkle on matcha. Add sweetener and whisk thoroughly (using a matcha whisk).
Top with sliced oranges and nuts. Eat immediately.
