A filling and balanced breakfast bowl with Greek yogurt, matcha, fruit, and nuts.

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon matcha

  • 1 orange, peeled and sliced

  • a handful of chopped nuts of your choice

  • sweetener of your choice, to taste

Directions

Prepare the Yogurt Bowl

1.

Add the yogurt to a large bowl and sprinkle on matcha. Add sweetener and whisk thoroughly (using a matcha whisk).

2.

Top with sliced oranges and nuts. Eat immediately. 

Tips:

Get creative with the fruits and nuts!
