Matzah Meal Knaidlech

  • 2 eggs, well beaten

  • 2 tablespoons water

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • 1/2 cup Yehuda Matzo Meal

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Make the Knaidlech

1.

Mix eggs, water, oil, matzoh meal, and salt. Refrigerate for half an hour.

2.

With wet hands, form into balls and drop into boiling soup or salted water. Cook for 20 minutes.
