A standard meat sauce.
1 pound ground beef
1 onion
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
1 package gnocchi
oil, for sautéing
Sauté the onion. Add the ground beef. Break up and stir until fully browned.
Add the tomato sauce, salt, pepper and sugar.
Cook the gnocchi according to package directions. When fully cooked, add into the meat sauce.
Serve over zoodles or spaghetti. Top with more black pepper.
