All leftovers go onto this pizza—shredded meat, cubed deli, pulled chicken from the soup… My friend Elana spreads a layer of ground beef over the crust before adding the other toppings, turning this into the meatiest mizza!
4 thin pizza crusts
2 pounds ground beef
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons Telma Barbecue Sauce, divided
1/2 pound leftover shredded meat or chicken
6 ounces deli, cubed
2 tablespoons Gefen Duck Sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spread garlic-mayo on pizza crusts.
In a bowl, mix ground beef with 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce. Spread on crusts.
Bake for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, combine shredded meat/chicken, deli, etc. and remaining sauces.
Spread over ground beef and bake for another 10 minutes.
Drizzle with garlic-mayo sauce.
