Diets Warning: These are highly addictive! Take one bite of these delicious crispy rings and they will become your new favorite barbecue side dish! You can dip ‘em, dunk ‘em or just eat ‘em by the handful. You can’t go wrong!
2 cups Glicks Flour
4 eggs
1/4 cup oil, such as Gefen Canola Oil
2 teaspoons Pereg Paprika
2 teaspoons salt
1 and 1/4 cups water
5 large onions, sliced
oil, for frying
Heat a pot filled with two inches of oil.
Mix flour, eggs, oil, paprika, salt, and water in a large bowl. Separate each layer of onion slices to form onion rings. Coat each ring in batter, then drop carefully into the hot oil. Fry for about two minutes per side, until golden and crispy.
