6 egg whites
1 cup sugar
7 ounces shredded coconut
1 cup chocolate bits
2 tablespoons Gefen Vanilla Sugar
5 cups sugar frosted flakes, crushed
chocolate for garnish
Beat egg whites until stiff and add sugar. Gently fold in remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Drop by tablespoon onto lined cookie sheet. Bake at 200 degrees Fahrenheit for two hours.
When cool, drizzle with melted chocolate.
