This milchig salad is the perfect addition to any Yom Tov or weekday meal. It was actually created one Shavuos night, as we were setting up for our meal and decided we could use one more salad.
2 bags romaine lettuce
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
2 kirbies, diced
1 avocado, cubed
shredded mozzarella
1 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Tuscanini Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Gefen Vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon basil
dash salt
dash pepper
dash garlic powder
In a large bowl or platter, arrange lettuce; top with other vegetables and croutons.
Mix together all dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella.
