Diets Sweet dairy kugel with a sweet cherry topping? Yes, please!
3 eggs
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Sugar
12 ounces medium noodles, cooked and drained
1/2 pound cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
1 pound cottage cheese
8 ounces sour cream or yogurt
1 (21-ounce) can Gefen Cherry Pie Filling
Beat egg whites until stiff. Combine yolks with remaining ingredients. Fold in egg whites.
Pour into greased 9- x 13-inch pan, bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. Top with cherries. Bake for additional 30 minutes.
