These tarts are so lovely and so much fun to make, you'll find yourself making them for just about any and every occasion.
Mini Berry Tarts

Prepare the Tarts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix all dough ingredients until dough is formed. Roll out the dough very thinly, on a lightly floured work surface.
Using cookie cutters, cut out mini-flower shapes from the dough.
Press down the flowers into greased mini-muffin pans. Fill each tart with one-half to one teaspoon filling.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until honey colored.
