Prepare the Tarts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix all dough ingredients until dough is formed. Roll out the dough very thinly, on a lightly floured work surface.

Using cookie cutters, cut out mini-flower shapes from the dough.

Press down the flowers into greased mini-muffin pans. Fill each tart with one-half to one teaspoon filling.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until honey colored.

I used just the tart dough for the base of a different pie. The dough was really sticky, but it came out delicious! I also used white whole wheat flour and it came out fine.Replies:Good to know, thank you! -
