Diets These tarts are so lovely and so much fun to make, you’ll find yourself making them for just about any and every occasion.
3 eggs
1 and 1/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup oil
1/4 cup orange juice
pinch of salt
1 and 1/2 teaspoons Gefen Vanilla Extract
1 and 1/2 teaspoons Gefen Lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 and 1/2 teaspoons Haddar Baking Powder
4 and 1/2 cups Glicks Flour
1 to 2 cans Gefen Pie Filling (cherry, blueberry, etc.)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix all dough ingredients until dough is formed. Roll out the dough very thinly, on a lightly floured work surface.
Using cookie cutters, cut out mini-flower shapes from the dough.
Press down the flowers into greased mini-muffin pans. Fill each tart with one-half to one teaspoon filling.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until honey colored.

we haven’t tested it, but i should think yes!
What size cookie cutter?
Great I used just the tart dough for the base of a different pie. The dough was really sticky, but it came out delicious! I also used white whole wheat flour and it came out fine.
