challah or bread dough
pink food coloring
500 grams minced meat
1 teaspoon garlic granules
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
Make your favorite challah or bread dough.
Color it pink.
Roll into sticks and join to form a small donut/bagel shape.
Bake for seven minutes on 175 degrees Celsius.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Form into small burgers slightly bigger than the buns.
Grill for four minutes (or until they just start to brown).
Slice the buns.
Spread the buns with a mixture of half ketchup and half mayonnaise.
Place a burger in each bun.
Garnish with a slice of cherry tomato and a bit of lettuce.
Put the top of the bun back on.
