Delicious for little and big food thieves alike.
1 package mini sausages (I used turkey sausages from Of Tov)
1/4 cup raspberry jam, such as Tuscanini Raspberry Fruit Spread
1/4 cup Gefen BBQ Sauce or other barbecue sauce (try Rorie’s sugar-free BBQ sauce)
1 tablespoon mustard
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Slice all sausages approximately three-fourths of the way through as pictured.
Mix together jam, BBQ sauce and mustard. Coat sausages with mixture, trying your best to get between each slice.
Bake on a Gefen Parchment lined dish for about 40 minutes, basting every 15 minutes or so. Sausages should be nicely caramelized.

Hi
Would this taste good with Apricot jam instead of rasberry?
Thanks
Yes, definitely!
