Prepare the Mini Hasselback Sausages

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Slice all sausages approximately three-fourths of the way through as pictured.

  3. Mix together jam, BBQ sauce and mustard. Coat sausages with mixture, trying your best to get between each slice.

  4. Bake on a parchment lined dish for about 40 minutes, basting every 15 minutes or so. Sausages should be nicely caramelized.
