I’ve always loved smoothies, but I am a big believer that you have to watch the amount of fats and sugars that go into them. So many recipes these days call for cashew butter, honey, protein powder, banana, etc., leading the smoothie to be about 600 calories. (That’s a lot!) This recipe is super light, refreshing, and delicious! Definitely one you will want to try this summer! It has very little sugar and tastes really good with the mint! 1/4 cup mint leaves, cleaned
1 tablespoon Heaven & Earth Lime Juice
1/4 an avocado (optional)
1 cup apples (Granny Smith preferred), peeled and roughly chopped
1 cup Gefen Almond Milk
1 tablespoon monk fruit (optional)
Blend all the ingredients together.
