Mocha Bundt Cake


Bundt cakes have a special, homemade, “welcome!” attitude about them. They look like you put a little something extra into the cake, but of course, it’s the pan that does the trick.



1. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add all remaining ingredients, and the diluted coffee, to the egg-sugar mixture. Mix well.
2. Pour into greased Bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 50 minutes.


1. Dissolve coffee in the boiling water and mix with oil and confectioners’ sugar until smooth, adding more sugar until desired consistency is reached.
2. Pour glaze over cake.
