Very moist and chocolaty with a pudding flavor. The perfect accompaniment to your cup of coffee!
1 pkg chocolate cake mix
1 pkg instant chocolate flavor instant pudding
4 eggs
1 and 1/4 cups brewed coffee
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup coffee liqueur
1 Tb coffee dissolved in bit of boiling water, combined with 1/4 cup vodka
1/3 cup sugar
4 and 1/2 tsps corn starch
Pinch salt
1 oz chocolate
1/2 cup hot coffee
4 and 1/2 tsps margarine
1/2 tsp van extract
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, coffee, and oil in large bowl. Blend well, then beat on medium speed of mixer for a few min. Pour into greased bundt pan. Bake on 350F for 40-45 min. until toothpick comes out clean. Do not underbake. Cool in pan approx.. 10 min.
Poke holes in cake with skewer or toothpick. Combine liquor and vodka. Pour over warm cake and allow to seep in. Cool completely before inverting onto cake platter. When completely cool, top with glaze (directions below).
In medium size pot, combine dry ingredients. Stir in warm coffee.
Bring to boil and cook until thickened, stirring constantly to avoid sticking to pot. Remove from heat, stir in marg and vanilla. Pour over cake.
