This citrusy herb sauce is used with a lot of Feugo’s fish, grilled chicken, steak, and Mexican dishes. Now you can make a batch at home, too!
4 ounces fresh cilantro, cleaned
4 ounces fresh parsley, cleaned
2 cloves garlic or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon Haddar Kosher Salt
handful of ice cubes
2 and 1/2 tablespoons Gefen Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
In a blender, combine cilantro, parsley, garlic, lime juice, salt, and ice. (The ice helps the sauce retain its bright green color.)
Add oil and blend until emulsified. Taste and season as needed.
