12 dates, pitted
1/4 cup Kedem Kiddush Wine or other sweet wine
1 cup ground almonds
1 cup ground walnuts
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Add dates to the bowl of the food processor and blend until smooth.
You will need a spatula to scrape down the sides a few times because the mixture is very sticky!
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend (again scraping down the sides a few times) until combined.
Dip your fingertips in a little bit of water so that the mixture doesn’t stick to you and form one to two tablespoons of the mixture into a ball.
Place in a dish or container in a single layer and refrigerate until serving!
