Start Cooking

Prepare the Charoset

  1. Add dates to the bowl of the food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. You will need a spatula to scrape down the sides a few times because the mixture is very sticky!

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend (again scraping down the sides a few times) until combined.

  4. Dip your fingertips in a little bit of water so that the mixture doesn’t stick to you and form one to two tablespoons of the mixture into a ball.

  5. Place in a dish or container in a single layer and refrigerate until serving!
