Ingredients

Mushroom Spinach Quiche

  • 1 deep dish pie crust

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese

  • 1 cup Beleaves Frozen Spinach

Directions

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2.

Sauté mushrooms, onions, salt and pepper until soft, about five minutes, then set aside.

3.

Add remaining ingredients to a bowl. Mix until fully combined.

4.

Mix in the mushroom mixture.

5.

Pour mixture in a deep pie crust.

6.

Bake for one hour or until the center has set.
