Diets This mushroom spinach quiche is packed with fresh veggies and rich flavors. It makes a simple and satisfying meal any time of day.
1 deep dish pie crust
4 eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese
1 cup Beleaves Frozen Spinach
1 (8-ounce) box fresh mushrooms, washed and sliced
1 onion, diced
salt, to taste
Gefen Pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon Gefen Garlic Powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Sauté mushrooms, onions, salt and pepper until soft, about five minutes, then set aside.
Add remaining ingredients to a bowl. Mix until fully combined.
Mix in the mushroom mixture.
Pour mixture in a deep pie crust.
Bake for one hour or until the center has set.
