Potatoes are a staple, but this recipe takes them up a notch.
7 yellow potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
1 medium Vidalia onion, grated
2 tablespoons Haddar Dijon Mustard
2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon Gefen Parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a square Pyrex dish, place all ingredients and mix to coat potatoes.
Cover and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until potatoes are soft.
