These popsicles are deceptively easy to prepare, based on fruit juice with a few add-ins and no artificial colorings. Find more frozen treats for keeping cool in this post.
2 cups orange juice
2 teaspoons Tuscanini Lemon Juice
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
1 cup cranberry juice
1 cup frozen pitted cherries or blueberries
1/3 cup Greek-style vanilla yogurt
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice or Tuscanini Lemon Juice
1 cup coconut water
1 cup orange juice
2 cups baby spinach leaves
1 ripe banana
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until the sugar has completely dissolved.
Combine all popsicle ingredients in blender. Cover.
Blend on high speed 15 to 20 seconds or until smooth.
Place the ingredients in the order listed in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the popsicle liquid into clean popsicle molds.
Cover with the popsicle sticks that came with the molds, and place the popsicles in the freezer.
Leave them to set until they are completely frozen, about four hours.
