1. Wash London broil and pat dry. Place in a 9- x 13-inch oven-to-tableware dish or a disposable pan.
2. Combine all marinade ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over meat, cover, and marinate overnight.
1. Preheat oven to broil. Arrange mushrooms on top of meat. Baste meat with marinade in the pan.
2. Place the pan on the lowest rack of your oven. Broil for 10 minutes. Turn meat and broil an additional 10 minutes. Check internal temperature for doneness. (It should be 130°F (54.5°C) for medium rare.) Broil additional time if meat that is more well done is desired.
