3 pounds (1.4 kilograms) London broil
4 cloves garlic, crushed, or 4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 small onion, diced
2 tablespoons chili sauce (ketchup can be used as an alternative, but chili sauce is preferable)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons Glicks Soy Sauce
3/4 cup Gefen Honey
1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon ginger or 1 cube Dorot Gardens Frozen Ginger
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Wash London broil and pat dry. Place in a 9- x 13-inch oven-to-tableware dish or a disposable pan.
Combine all marinade ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over meat, cover, and marinate overnight.
Preheat oven to broil. Arrange mushrooms on top of meat. Baste meat with marinade in the pan.
Place the pan on the lowest rack of your oven. Broil for 10 minutes. Turn meat and broil an additional 10 minutes. Check internal temperature for doneness. (It should be 130°F (54.5°C) for medium rare.) Broil additional time if meat that is more well done is desired.

Schiendy Does it freeze well?
It should!
There is no mention of mushrooms in the ingredients list. How much is required for a 3 lb London Broil? And are the mushrooms included in the marinade, or only for broiling?
