Nish Nosh Salad

  • lettuce, washed and torn into bite-size pieces

  • purple cabbage

  • scallions, washed and sliced

  • Nish Nosh crackers

  • Beleaves Nish Nosh Dressing

Directions

1.

Combine the lettuce, cabbage, and scallions in a large bowl.

2.

Just before serving, pour in the dressing. Add crackers and toss gently.
