Yield: 15
1 pound Beleaves Pitted Medjool Dates, finely chopped, or 1 (8-ounce) container date spread
1/2 cup Haddar Baracke Tahini paste
1/4 cup Gefen Honey
3/4 cup finely chopped almonds
1 cup finely chopped hazelnuts, for coating
In a large bowl, mix chopped dates or date spread, tahini, and honey. Stir in almonds.
Refrigerate one hour. Roll mixture into balls and coat in chopped hazelnuts. Store in the freezer.
