Ingredients

No-Churn, No-Egg Ice Cream

  • 14 ounces sweetened milk cream

  • flavor add-ins, see below

Directions

1.

In a stand mixer or large bowl with a hand mixer, whip the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and food coloring (if using) for about three minutes until stiff peaks form. Don’t over-whip or the heavy cream may fall flat.

2.

Add in the sweetened milk cream and whisk until evenly combined.

3.

Mix in your flavor add-ins by hand. If you are using syrup, jam, or creams, you will end up with nice swirls. Reserve a bit of the add-ins for topping.

4.

Spoon the mixture into a 9×5-inch loaf pan. Top with more of the add-ins.

5.

Cover tightly with Saran Wrap and freeze for three to four hours (or overnight) until frozen and scoopable.

Variation:

Here are some fun flavor add-ins (the only limit is your imagination):

Crushed cookies (Oreo, Lotus, chocolate chip cookies, lemon wafers, graham crackers); crushed Kariot nougat cereal; crushed honey-flavored pretzels; crushed sugar cones; honey-toasted oats cereal; chocolate chips or shavings; thin mints chopped into small pieces; cocoa powder; coffee granules; sprinkles; granola; fruit jam; peanut butter (melt for five seconds in the microwave for easy mixing); chocolate syrup; maple syrup; nougat cream; Milk Munch, cut into small pieces; peanut butter cups, cut into small pieces; cranberries; blueberries; bits of dried and fresh mango; blended strawberries; mashed banana; fresh stone fruits (peaches, plums, nectarines, etc.), cut into pieces; cherries, cut into small pieces; chopped pistachios; mini marshmallows; nut crunch; chopped candied peanuts; shredded coconut; cinnamon.

Mix and match the flavorings to end up with winning combinations. Some original ideas include:
– Banana and Oreo
– Chocolate chunks, mini marshmallows, and graham crackers
– Cinnamon and honey-flavored cereal
– Peanut butter, Milk Munch pieces, and pretzels
– Granola, maple syrup, and fresh nectarines

This recipe is dairy 🙂 It calls for heavy cream.
I don’t know if it would work with richs whip and coconut condensed milk but you can give it a try.
