You will never believe this cake is Kosher for Pesach! An easy cake to make, this is a great substitute for the year round Toll House cake recipe. You may want to double the recipe; it’s that good!
1 cup potato starch
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a nine- x 13-inch pan.
Mix all ingredients with an electric mixer. Pour into prepared pan and bake 35 to 40 minutes.

my chips sunk to the bottom too. the sides were well done the middle was raw had to throw the whole thing out
Yum!! 4 stars and NOT five because the picture is a total lie. it came out more like a super spongey and light vanilla cake, not like bars as pictured. Totally delicious but for some reason ALL chocolate chips sunk to bottom
In some recipes the batter is a certain texture, so the chocolate chips sink.
so next time, just sprinkle them on top before you put it in the oven, and they will sink to
the middle
