Diets I love to have these biscotti to munch on when I’m craving something sweet. Yield: 24 biscotti
1 cup oil
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup Haddar Brown Sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups Glicks Flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup Glicks Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large bowl, mix oil, eggs, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until fully combined. Add flour, salt, and baking soda and continue to mix. Fold in nuts, cranberries, and chocolate chips. Shape dough into two logs and transfer to a Gefen Parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Slice, then return to the oven for five minutes.
Freeze in a resealable bag.

I made these but the baking times are totally off, so some came out hard and some good. so please specify timing
Bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Then allow to cool for 10 minutes, slice, and then bake for an additional 5 minutes so they get crispy.
These taste great; however, the baking times are very off – much, much too little time.
The second time I left the biscotti in the oven for 30 minutes the first time and ten minutes the second time. Much better results.
