Allergens
Diets 1 egg
1 cup water or milk
1/4 cup oil
1 and 3/4 cup flour or whole wheat flour
1/4 cup oat bran or oatmeal
4 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons Gefen Vanilla Sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
pinch of Gefen Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Haddar Baking Powder
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup raisins or chopped dried apricots
1 apple, grated
Beat egg lightly, add liquids.
Mix all dry ingredients and combine with liquids. Mix until just combined.
Line muffins cups with paper liners or use baking spray. Fill cups two-thirds full. Bake for 20–25 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Yields 12 muffins
