These delicious chocolate balls can be gluten free — just make sure you use gluten-free oats. Making this decadent treat is simple!
2 and 1/2 cups oats
1/3 cup xylitol
1/3 cup oil, such as Tonnelli Avocado Oil
1/3 cup Gefen Cocoa Powder
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon Gefen Cinnamon
First preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
Then combine the oats, xylitol, oil, cocoa powder, egg, baking soda, and cinnamon in a bowl and mix it all together until it’s well blended.
With damp hands, shape the mixture into small balls. Bake them for 20 minutes, then cool.
Once cool, freeze your chocolate ball treats and keep them in the freezer so you can take out a few whenever you crave a quick snack!
