100 grams butter
2/3 Splenda or your favorite sweetener
2 eggs
1 cup oats
2/3 cup spelt flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon salt
1/3 cup ground almonds
handful of sunflower seeds
handful of pumpkin seeds
handful of chopped walnuts
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
In one bowl, mix together butter, sweetener, and eggs.
In a second bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix. Lastly, stir in the seeds and nuts.
Make small balls from the batter. Flatten slightly and lay on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Bake for 20 minutes.
