Olive Dip

Rorie's Creamy Dressing

  • 2 eggs, at room temperature

  • 1/4 cup Tonnelli Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 2 cloves fresh garlic or 1 and 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 2 teaspoons salt (or more to taste)

  • 1 teaspoon pepper

  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper (optional)

  • 2 to 3 tablespoons water

Directions

Prepare the Olive Dip

1.

Pulse olives (without extra liquid) in a food processor.

2.

Add three tablespoons of dressing.

3.

Continue to process until you reach desired texture. Add an additional tablespoon if needed. Some people like this dip more chunky and others more creamy.

I would use it as a dip on shabbos, and you can spread on bread and use as a base of a sandwich and you could try to make a dressing out of it as well!
