1 cup Gefen Green Olives
3 to 4 tablespoons Rorie’s Creamy Dressing
2 eggs, at room temperature
2 cups avocado oil or Gefen Olive Oil (olive oil has a very strong taste)
1/4 cup Tonnelli Apple Cider Vinegar
2 cloves fresh garlic or 1 and 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons salt (or more to taste)
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon lemon pepper (optional)
2 to 3 tablespoons water
Pulse olives (without extra liquid) in a food processor.
Add three tablespoons of dressing.
Continue to process until you reach desired texture. Add an additional tablespoon if needed. Some people like this dip more chunky and others more creamy.
