Olive Spread


This is so easy, it’s embarrassing! If it takes you longer than five minutes, you are doing something seriously wrong.  

Yield: about 1 cup


Prepare the Olive Spread

1. Process all the ingredients together in a food processor until smooth (it will not be as smooth as the overly mayonnaise-y store-bought stuff).
2. As with the other spreads, you can freeze in small containers or refrigerate in one. This spread lasts a good few weeks in the fridge.
