Diets Whip up these super-easy light and airy half moon spheres in just a few minutes using just one bowl. Sprinkle the top with some confectioner’s sugar for a moist and nutty treat. These yummy cakes are sure to be finished in no time!
6 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 and 1/2 cups orange juice
1 cup oil
8 ounces Gefen Ground Hazelnuts (filberts)
4 cups Glicks Flour
4 teaspoons Haddar Baking Powder
1 scoop vanilla sugar
Beat eggs and sugar until foamy.
Add rest of ingredients and beat at low speed until batter is smooth. Pour into a greased and lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. Cool.
Dust with confectioners’ sugar.
Cut into half moon shapes with drinking glass.
