1 and 2/3 cups sugar
2/3 cup oil
2 tablespoons water
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 and 1/3 cups Mishpacha Flour
3/4 cup Gefen Cocoa Powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup crumbled Haddar Baracke Halva
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease or line a nine-inch square pan with Gefen Parchment Paper.
Combine the sugar, oil, water, and eggs together and mix. Add in the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine.
Pour batter into the prepared pan. Crumble the halva over the top of the brownies and lightly swirl through the top.
Bake for 25 to 35 minutes. Cut and enjoy!

Thank you Reva! These were a hit even with my non halva lovers. I actually made it in a 9×13 and they were great. It may need a few more minutes but it could just be my oven.
