Ingredients

One-Pot Gnocchi Bolognese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 (16-ounce) packages Tuscanini Classic Gnocchi

  • parsley, for garnish (optional)

Directions

1.

In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and sauté for two to three minutes or until translucent.

2.

Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink, using a potato masher to break apart any big chunks.

3.

Add marinara sauce. Fill the empty jar halfway with water and add that too. Mix well.

4.

Add soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, red wine vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, and pepper. Mix well and cook for one minute.

5.

Add gnocchi and mix well. Bring to a simmer, reduce heat to medium and cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes.

6.

Mix well and garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes:

Mix well and garnish with parsley if desired.
