Another simple make-ahead carrot slaw. Great for a barbecue or any family get-together.

Ingredients

Carrot Slaw

  • 1 bunch carrots, shredded

  • 1 onion, minced

Dressing

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Prepare the Carrot Slaw

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Serve chilled.
