Diets 8 chicken thighs
1 bag Beleaves Sliced Zucchini
1/4 cup oil
2 shallots, cut into large chunks
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup orange juice
1/3 cup Gefen Honey
1 clove garlic, grated or 1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Add all the ingredients for the glaze to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for ten minutes. Remove from the heat and allow it to cool.
Line a large sheet pan with Gefen Parchment Paper. Spread out the Beleaves vegetables and shallots and toss with the oil. Add the chicken thighs to the pan and season the chicken and vegetables with salt and pepper.
Divide the orange glaze in half. Brush one half over the chicken and set aside the rest.
Cover the pan and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for an hour and 20 minutes.
Uncover and brush with more of the orange glaze. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Brush with the remaining glaze and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
