A layered trifle cup with surprising ingredients with a little more personality than the standard chocolate mousse trifle. The one that everyone wants to try!
5 cups flour
2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 cups oil
2 and 1/2 cups sugar
8 eggs
16 Oreo cookies, crushed
non-dairy whip topping, whipped
1/4 cup confectionary sugar
crushed oreo cookies
mini oreo cookies
Cream oil and sugar.
Add eggs.
Add dry ingredients.
Once smooth, pour into three 6×9 pans and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-35 minutes, until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Whip up the whip topping with sugar until stiff peaks form.
Cut the cake to fit into the miniature cup you’re using, then with a star piping tip, pipe the whip topping on top, garnish with crushed cookies and mini oreo cookies.
