Ingredients

Oreotaschen

  • 1/3 cup frozen Pure Food by Estee Sprinkles for the dough, plus more for rolling

  • 1 and 1/2 pounds challah dough

  • 8 Funfetti Oreos (or any flavor)

  • egg wash

Directions

1.

Knead in sprinkles to the prepared challah dough.

2.

Take the tops off your Oreos and set aside. (Save the tops.)

3.

Take three one-ounce pieces of dough at a time. Cut each of the one-ounce pieces in half. Roll into small snakes. (Optionally, you can roll in more sprinkles.) Twist each of the halves together so you have three one-ounce twists.

4.

Place each twist on an angle around an Oreo cookie bottom. Pinch the corners so you’ve formed a triangle. Continue with the remaining dough and cookies.

5.

Crush the cookie tops into a small bowl. Add some more sprinkles.

6.

Brush the dough with egg wash. Liberally sprinkle the cookie crumb mixture over each hamantash.

7.

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes or until golden.
